New Interactive Owner Portal
Sharing key insights and information with your clients has never been so easy or looked so good with our new Interactive Owner Portal! This new report has had a complete redesign and is loaded with information to help communicate and showcase your efforts to your clients.
Visit our help article for instructions on using the Interactive Owner Portal.
The new Interactive Owner Portal features interactive tabs to explore different sections of the report.
Summary
- Property and Agent section which shows key property details along with agent contact details
- Comments section to provide a summary to your client
- Custom Fields section to display data within your custom fields (where custom field is set to show on the report)
- Key Numbers section including:
- Days on market
- Number of enquiries
- Number of buyers/potential tenant inspections
- Number of views
- Number of open homes held
- Number of offers received
- Number of contracts sent
- Number of calls and emails made to buyers/potential tenants
- Price Changes section to show a timeline history of price changes
Marketing
- Marketing Performance section with graphs for website views, enquiries, inspections, buyer/tenant source and enquiries by platform
- Online listings section to view the listing on major real estate portals and your Eagle website, along with data where available.
- Marketing Activities section which displays all advertising items set on the listing
- Email and Property Alerts section which displays number of campaign emails sent, property alerts sent, how many email opens and how many clicks received on their listing
Feedback
- Interest Level section with a pie graph summarising the interest level of all buyers/potential tenants
- Price Feedback section (for sale listings) which shows all price feedback received and compares the buyer opinion (average of price feedback) against the asking price
- Offers section (for sale listings) which shows all offers received for the listing along with any comments
- Buyers/ Potential Tenants section which shows all contacts who have enquired, inspected or placed an offer on the property along with all comments
Inspections
- Upcoming Inspections section which shows all upcoming inspections whether they are an open, registration required or private inspection, along with number of registered contacts
- Past Inspections section which shows all completed inspections including how many attendees came through
- Inspection Feedback section which shows a detailed summary of each individual inspection, along with details of attendees including first name and last name initial, interest level, comments, contract status (sales only) and price feedback (sales only)
Applications (rentals only)
- Applications To Be Reviewed section which shows applications that require review from the landlord, along with a button for the landlord to view and approve/decline the application
- All Applications section which shows a complete list of applicants, when their application was submitted and their current status
Files
- Files section which lists files for download from the 'Upload Documents' section on the listing
How to use the new online owner report
- In Eagle, go to the Listings section and click into any listing
- Click into the 'Vendor Report' or 'Landlord Report' tab
- Use the Select Template dropdown to select Interactive Owner Portal
- Click the View Online Vendor Report to see the report

- Ownership widget updates
- Added 'Purchasing' section which shows on contacts who are a purchaser on an active contract
- Added 'Fallen' section which shows on contacts who were a purchaser on a cancelled/fallen contract
- New Address filters for 'owner activity' - use these to identify if known owners are looking into another property you have listed:

Manage address ownerships within a contact
This release introduces a new ownership widget to the contact sidebar. The ownership widget showcases addresses that the contact has owned either past or present. Further context is provided through a timeline of events relating to other records in the system such as appraisals, listings or contracts relating to the address.
In addition to the extra information and context this widget provides, you can also create, edit and remove ownerships all within the widget.
We have received some great feedback around this new widget and are planning to roll out some improvements in the coming weeks.

Notify registered inspection attendees that you're running late
With this release to the mobile app we introduce the ability to very quickly and easily SMS registered inspection attendees that you're running late for an inspection.
To use this feature, go to the Inspections screen, then swipe right on the inspection you're running late to. Select the Running Late option and choose how late you will be, adjust the message if desired, then tap Send. An SMS will be sent to all contacts who have registered or confirmed their attendance to the inspection.

Happy new year! Our regular sprint period of 2 weeks was extended over the Christmas/New Year break as our team enjoyed some time off. Here are the latest feature updates that went live.
- Upgraded the 'property price has changed' automation trigger to also include price increase or price reduction to allow for more targeted automations

- Added inspections to the daily user email where that user is either assigned to the inspection or is a listing agent on the listing

- Added ownership and tenancy start and end dates, allows you to add and edit ownerships and tenancies with specific dates including retrospectively
