- Added new default email template 'Send owner report to owner'. The template is used in the 'Vendor/Landlord Report' tab within a listing when you click the 'Send by email' button. Customise the template in Settings > Email Templates.

Book and manage private inspections
This release introduces private inspections which makes it easier to book, manage and view private inspections.
Previously, to schedule a private inspection you had to create a calendar event and set the event type to 'Buyer Inspection' or 'Potential Tenant Inspection'. These events did not show anywhere on the listing or on the owner report. With this new update, 'private' inspections show everywhere that an 'open' or 'registration required' inspection shows including on the property listing, on the inspections page, on owner reports and in the mobile app. Creating private inspections from within the mobile app will be in a future release.
Contacts can not register for a private inspection via a booking link, they can only be registered by the agent directly in Eagle (if you want to have contacts book themselves in, ensure your subscription has access to booking inspections and availability calender and use the 'open' or 'registration required' inspection type instead).
Once a contact is registered for a private inspection they will receive confirmation, reminder and update emails/SMS as below:
- confirmation when they are first booked in along with a calendar invite
- a reminder 2 hours prior to the inspection
- confirmation if the inspection time has been changed
- confirmation if the inspection has been cancelled
The above communications are driven by some new automations which you can enable/disable and customise the messaging to your liking. If your subscription includes access to automations, these will be cloned in to your account soon:

Add events and inspections from any screen
This release makes adding inspections and events into the calendar easier and more flexible.

The "Add Event" popup is now available in the top bar in the "New" menu.
Previously, we had different forms for "Inspections" - which were scheduled inspections for the property, and "Events" which were your other meetings. Now with the new popup, you can add either from the one spot.
It also comes with all of the other features of the other global popups, which is that they follow you as you go from screen to screen, and you can have multiple popups open at one time and switch between them.
We've also replaced "Buyer Inspection" and "Potential Tenant Inspection" with "Private Inspection", and these inspections will now show up in your mobile app on the "Inspections" screen.

Updates To Send Your Weekly Owner Report
Your Weekly Owner Report has traditionally been an attachment with the PDF owner report.
Now with custom designed reports available, we've also updated the Owner Report automation so that you can send only the online version.
We've also updated the content to allow formatting and images to be included in the email.

To update your automation, go to CRM->Tools->Automation, then click on the "Send vendor reports to vendors" or "Send landlord reports to landlords" automation. Then click "Edit" on the automation step to make changes.

Custom Design Online Vendor/Landlord Reports
Want to show extra data, graphs, or other information on your vendor or landlord report? We can now develop a template to your specifications, whether it be tweaking how the existing report displays, or a complete redesign with extra information, different layout, custom fonts, charts and graphs and anything you can think of.
How it works
- Contact us with the ideas you have for your online owner report and we'll quote on the cost to build it for you
- Once you approve the cost, we'll go ahead and build the template and enable it in your account
- Set your default template by going to Settings->Account and select a default template
- On the CRM->Listings->Vendor Report tab, you can select which template you would like to use for that listing
- You can have different templates for different listings, so you could have one template for your rentals and one template for your sales
