What's new in Eagle

We're excited to announce the release of our new custom fields group feature, allowing you to organise your custom fields into groups and display them conditionally within different tabs of your listings.

The main benefits of custom field groups are:

  • Keep your custom fields more organised by grouping related custom fields together
  • Only display custom fields based on listing types and/or property types that relate to that custom field
  • Viewing and updating custom fields on listings is now easier with custom fields within a group displayed together with a heading of the custom field group name

For more information on using custom field groups, please visit our help article.

We're happy to announce the release of more automation triggers and actions to be used with the Pipelines feature. These enhance the automation capability and build on the previous set of Pipeline automation triggers and actions released previously.

You can now trigger an automation based on the following events:

  • When a deal is updated
  • When a deal is assigned to a user
  • When a deal value
    • has any value
    • is equal to
    • is not equal to
    • is less than
    • is greater than
    • is between
    • is unknown
  • Before the deal close date (days before)
  • After the deal close date (days after)

You can now use the following automation actions to manage pipeline deals:

  • 'Update Field' action has been updated to include:
    • Deal Name
    • Deal value
    • Deal Close date
  • 'Remove associations from the deal' allows you to remove associations based on the association type
    • Address
    • Appraisal
    • Property
    • Contract
    • Contact
    • Project
    • Project Stage
    • Invoice
  • 'Send an email' to deal contacts
  • 'Send an SMS' to deal contacts
  • 'Send an letter' to deal contacts

  • 'Notify someone by email action' has been updated to include:
    • The deal owner
  • 'If' automation action has been updated to include:
    • If the deal pipeline is
    • If the deal pipeline is not
    • If the deal pipeline stage is
    • If the deal pipeline stage is not
    • If the deal value:
      • is equal to
      • is not equal to
      • is less than
      • is greater than
      • is between
      • is unknown
      • has any value
    • If the deal close date:
      • Is within X days ago
      • Is today
      • Is in the next X days
      • Is unknown
      • Has any value
    • If the deal owner is
    • If the deal owner is not

This new functionality allows you to build more advanced automations to help create your own automatic deal flows and processes. The sky is the limit but here are some examples of the kinds of automations you can create:

  • Automatically assign deals to a user based on the deal pipeline stage
  • Get notifications around deal close dates
  • Create a task when a deal value is over a specified threshold
  • Send communications to contacts associated with the deal
  • Create more granular workflow automations with the upgraded 'If' step
